This picture is printed borderless on a heavy, textured paper – Giclée Hahnemühle German Etching.
I have long sat mesmerized looking over the marsh towards the Welsh hills in Parkgate.
Always, so it seems, since I was a child walking the dogs way out on the marsh, the texture of the marsh and the vivid light have stuck me as so beautiful.
My paintings in my Water/Land series have entered into something at least of this wonder.
